A lecture-performance made in collaboration with Rosie Taylor, 2017, performed at Too Close to See, a symposium at LARA in Jan 2017

A screening of a half-hour excerpt from the 1980 TV production of Rappuccini’s Daughter, in which a woman takes on the poisonous properties of plants, followed by a presentation of our ideas about women and toxicity in contemporary culture in relation to Caliban and the Witch by Silvia Federici. Clips of films and advertisements are woven through and a herbal tea is served alongside.
